  • When registering for or using our services, including but not limited to any webinars, newsletter subscriptions, eBook subscriptions, or any similar services used through the Site.
  • On the Site (including desktop and mobile versions).
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between You and Bizbrain Technologies.
  • When You interact with the Services through third-party social media platforms.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • the Site offline or through any other means, including on any other website or service operated by the Site or any third-party; or
